I posted a question earlier about bladder symptom relief… After doing some research, I discovered the real issue could be lack of potassium. I have been incredibly tired all the time, I’ve passed out, I get weak easily, my heart palpitates (even been to the ER for chest and heart pain) and I get light-headed and dizzy for the last month or so. However, all of these symptoms apply to anemia as well. Only difference is that bladder issues can arise with lack of potassium. Since I can’t get in for an appointment until next week, what do you think? Should I begin vitamins with potassium, iron or both? I’m going to get blood work done once I go in but for now, I don’t know if it’s wise to try and supplement what I may not actually be missing. A few people have suggested already that either one could be causing all this. Any suggestions?

I don’t know if that is the right question, LOL. What I mean is I want to start eating healthy like vegetables and fruits, but I hate eating them. I’m 13, and every topic I read about there is always something about eating healthy. So I’m wondering if there are any tricks that I can do to either fight the bad taste or not taste it at all. I want to actually eat the vegetables and fruits.

I feel better when I am underweight, and have put on muscle mass to get to normal weight but hate the extra weight nontheless. I want to be slender and light, and always underweight, but am highly into nutrition and vitamins and overall health. Is there a term to describe someone who is uncomfortable being anything but underweight, but is not eating disorder related?

Just wondering….It’s not at an extrememe high. Just a tad bit above normal on a daily basis. I drink plenty of water and take potassium supplements.

is potassium? I have had a chest cold and it seems weird this is what they found in my blood work, does it have to do with helping my cold? I guess I am just confused,

I’ve been put on bedrest because I have high blood pressure. I’m 34 weeks PG and I’m a little concerned as to what can be brought on by this.
Could I get toxemia or pre-eclampsia this late in pregnancy from high blood pressure?
Could I go into premature labor and what else could happen?
Thanks.
