I don't know why this is so easy for others, but so tough for me. I work full-time, and hate cooking. I usually eat a lot of carbs (bagels, breads, sandwiches, etc) because it is the quickest and easiest thing for me to eat everyday. I also have a hard time thinking of how to eat my daily fruits and veggies. The only way I can think of cooking veggies is steaming them, and that gets so boring after a while. Does anyone have any good ideas/suggestions for eating healthy on a regular/daily basis, getting my fruits and veggies in and eating a balanced diet, without spending hours in the kitchen everyday?

I need to go to the store and get more bottled water because I don’t drink tap water it taste awful. And my kids eat all the fruit I but in 2 days or less. And if they don’t eat it they mash it up and rub it in the floor I don’t know how many times I stepped i mashed bananas. I guess the counter is to low to place things need to put on top of the refrigerator.
So how bad is it to be dehydrated or have low potassium?
oh yeah i forgot to meant i am 34 weeks pregnant.
I did drink 8 ounces of tea today and 12 ounces of coke.
I get dehydrated because I still nurse my son and forget to eat and drink, but my kids drink lots of milk, juice, soda, and bottled water.
My tap water has a lot of chemicals in it that is why it tastes bad!

When potassium permanganate and glycerine are combined, it eventually results in smoke and pink fire. Why the lag time?

For a science fair project I am trying to see whether there is actually a big difference between organic and non organic food. I need to do an experiment though , and I was wondering if it's possible for test for those things yourself.

Which foods that are easy to digest do you get the most potassium from? Not just high potassium food, the ones that are the easiest to digest as well.

Hey everybody,
As you can SEE and tell from the recent changes this week I have totally revamped the entire eat potassium rich food site and have add this here fancy blog. Here, you’ll find constant updates from me and some friends (I’ve had to ask for more help, because I just can’t communicate to so many men and women in this little health niche of ours all by myself!
and we’ll be expanding on more health topics that I keep getting questions about regarding establishing a healthy diet and regulating your own personal healthy eating guide for YOU in your life, depending on your tailored needs, current medical condition and / or health goals and aspirations. Man, oh man that was a long sentence! Whew…
You’ve also been sending me a TON of questions about products you’ve either bought somewhere or are looking to buy, or have seen a health site somewhere in cyberspace and have asked for some help to figure out if it is legit or not, so I’ll be addressing that too - hopefully ALL of it.
But, I have only so much time, and these questions and necessary answers keep pouring in like there is no tomorrow. If you have any suggestions for new topics that I am not (yet) covering or talking about, please leave a comment below. I’ve got some cool resources and free stuff lined up for you this coming month, so be sure to check back often and see what’s going on.
I’ll talk to you again soon.
Janet

Apparently testimonials on his website verify that these 3 simple exercises work. I am interested in other people that have had success or no success, as I am a 42 y.o mum of 6 and seeking natural means of lowering high BP. Have had fluctuating BP readings over past 2-3 years. Am currently trying special diet and exercise regime, no caffeine and 3-4 litres of water daily, as well as specially made herbal remedies.
