I’ve eaten unhealthy all my life but now it’s time to turn my life around. How do I go about eating healthy for breakfast , lunch and dinner. How many servings of vegetables and fruits shall I eat. Could I substitiute fruit juice for fruit? What are some healthy alternatives for snacks? Food really isn’t an option I here at college and they have all sorts of food options. Even if the main course is unhealthy there still the salad bar and sandwich bar and fruit. So can ya help?
I’m trying to make sure I get enough of these without getting too much, but I can’t find info, even with Google (I just get ad sites for personalized vitamin mixtures or levels for kids) on what the "Too Much" levels are and what the symptoms of toxicity are. I’ve been tracking all this in my food journal so I know how much I’m getting, I just don’t know if it’s an ok amount or WAY too much. I’m a 31 year old red-headed female, so the calcium & iron are big ones for me. I’d love to have links if possible.
Where can i get more info regarding Potassium chloride pellets for water softeners
my 3 yr old has vomiting episodes on a regular basis, little or no appetite, she has been like this pretty much since she has been born, but it started out like maybe it might be acid reflux and she has been given medications for reflux, viral and bacterial infections, has been hospitalized for low potassium and dehydration, she doesn’t have bowel movements unless i give her medication for that, the doctors keep saying try this, try that and have not really done any tests, except bloodwork.
My mom needs a little help. she needs to eat foods high in potassium, and she knows bananas are high in potassium, but she cant eat bananas, she says that they make her nauseaus. so if anyone can give me recipes of foods, or just foods that are high in potassium that would be great!!!
thanks!!!
im pregnant and bananas make me literally sick to my stomach, and ive been having the worse leg cramps and everyone says i need potassium but i really cant eat bananas…HELP! im in pain!
I am chronically dehydrated even though I drink probably a gallon of water a day. I’ve used unrefined sea salt for years since they say it’s the best for you. Medical lab work have shown that I’m consistently low on potassium, especially in the summer when I perspire a lot, unless I take potassium supplements. My great uncle on my mother’s side, when he died, supposedly had little or no salt (sodium) in his body and that contributed to his death. My father died of pneumonia but he was dehydrated, had little sodium and little potassium in his body at the time. They tried to give him potassium by IV but the doctor said that Dad’s body just wouldn’t accept the potassium. What can I do to make sure I don’t wind up with worse problems than I have?
