help! i have all of these mysterious symptoms and i haven’t been able to figure out what they’re due to!!
i’ve had lots of blood tests but i recently realized that i don’t think i’ve ever had my potassium checked. and i was wondering if someone could tell me if these symptoms fit a potassium deficiency:
fatigue(always tired!! such low energy!!)
very oily skin/prone to break outs but at the same time extremely dry
leg cramps
eyelash loss
dry hair/flimsy nails
very sensative to cold or heat
twitches
uneven skin tone, dull looking skin
extremely high anxiety
fast heart rate/heart jumps sometimes
constipation and diarrhea along with stomach pains
and some additional info that may have caused me to have a potassium deficiency if i do:
i’ve been a vegetarian my whole life
i went through a period of time that lasted about two or three years where i drank alcohol very excessively
i’m really trying to get healthy now but i don’t know whats wrong with me!

Had the water checked 25 grains per gallon of hardness. It was considered very hard.
What I forgot to ask was what is the best salt to put in the system. It also has media guard to take out chlorine.
I have heard stuff about potassium. . . .
so is postassium chloride better than sodium chloride?

My NP recommended I try magnesium supplements to help with tremor and palpitations. The brand I am taking is Nature Made. It’s Magnesium Oxide, 250 mg. The thing is, it is causing me SEVERE nausea and heartburn. It’s awful. Is this common? Will it go away? What should I do?
Thank you.
