I have decided to change my lifestyle of eating junk food and being generally unhealthy. I am at a normal weight and 22 years old so I am not necessarily looking to lose weight but I would just like to be a bit healthier. Is there a website that is helpful in eating healthy and different vitamins I should take? Any advice would be helpful.
Water is the most important essential nutrient in the human body. Even in view of this incredible importance, we are not vigilant enough about maintaining its purity and accessibility. Our muscle and brain tissue is roughly 70% water.
I want to cut up a potato into fries and bake them but I’m wondering how many calories are in a potato and also how many calories are in a large dole banana. Thanks!
Trying to use these ingredients to make yogurt. What food naturally carries sodium citrate, potassium citrate, citric acid, guar gum, carrageenan, pectin in it?
For example, I just learn that lemon juice has citric acid in it. Please share. Thank you.

o What effects can alcohol and caffeine have on hydration levels in the body?
o What steps can people take to ensure they do not become dehydrated?
I have been taking a drug called Spironolactone for acne, prescribed by my dermatologist.
It can raise your potassium levels, and I am experiencing symptoms of this, such as headache and leg cramping and muscle tightness.
I am actually coming off of the medication, I don’t feel it is working at all for my skin, but are my potassium levels going to be ok? Should I be worried about any complications?
This may be a stupid question, but should I avoid bananas when taking a oral medication that effects potassium levels?

Eating a healthy, balanced diet for your nutritional needs is not difficult, but it is trickier than you think.
Successful potassium diets are dependent on a number of other factors about your daily diet, state of health, medical need and well being.
Sodium, magnesium, maintaining a healthy diet, water intake, age, gender and current health condition are all critical factors.
