I’m pregnant and taking my prenatal vitamins but for the last few days I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night with calve-cramps. I like bananas but I can’t eat them all the time as I will get sick of them fast so I need some alternatives.

Also is it endothermic or exothermic if all the heat absorbed in the solution process comes from the water?

i have heard that boiling or cooking ruins nutrients- then i heard it doesn’t. the i read this below link and it seems unless you eat food raw, you get nothing from them! i can’t eat 1/2 the veggies raw- i’m too picky! so what’s the real scoop?

Why do I get abdominal pain right after eating a banana?

When I look up abdominal pain and bananas, they say to eat bananas because they are bland. Not me. They cause immediate pain. I’ve experimented with other foods to ensure it is in fact bananas causing it.

I have been take prescription Prilosec for acid reflux for the past couple of weeks. Now I started taking a Calcium-Magnesium supplement. 500mg Calcium and 250 mg Magnesium twice a day. I took it because I was watching Oprah and Dr. Oz suggested that we should take it. Well, I have been extremely tired since starting the vitamins. So my question is: Does magnesium make you sleepy, or is there some interaction between the Prilosec and the vitamins that would make me sooooooo tired.

Im 38 weeks and i had a doc visit today and my blood pressure was high and they double checked it to make sure. My doc has scheduled me an apt for tues just to get my blood pressure checked and she said that if it dosent go down well talk about it then. What usually happens? Im nervous to hear what she has to tell me so i want to be prepared what she will more than likely do and say.
