Hi, I am back with my next project: Dehydrated seasoned tomatos in canola oil and put in garlic and rosemary. (Look through your cupboards for your own tasty variations). I put the oil right in the bottom of my slicer to keep things contained. Then I tossed in rosemary and garlic powder. When my husband tried it, about 12 hours later, it was OUT OF THIS WORLD! We had them in our salad tonight for dinner. Make them yourself today! Please let me know if you have any questions. I highly …
its a really rare genetic disorder and I’m only 14, so, yeah.

I just walked back to my computer chair and my chest felt a little funny, but it wasn’t the heavy pressure people describe with heart attacks. Heart started to race and I started to feel light headed, shaky, sweaty, and a little trouble breathing, and just general bad feeling. Everything went away after a minute or so, but I still feel a bit shaky and tired/out of it. It is a bit late, so some of the tiredness I understand. Also vomited about 10 minutes afterwards.
Is this likely anxiety and stress? I did work 7 days in a row, last one being last night (and very rough). I’m guessing its not necessarily a heart problem, since the pain in arm and chest discomfort was so mild it was almost nonexistent, it was mostly the other symptoms in burst.
I use to have episodes similar to this when I had a potassium deficiency, but that is gone now. Just had what felt like a pinch in my chest.
Well, the reason I did not call 911 is I already have been stuck with a 1,000$ doctor bill when I went once before with similar symptoms. They diagnosed it as anxiety, and I had other symptoms aside from the ones listed they attributed to very low potassium levels.
I did not go because the symptoms subsided aside from feeling tired/shaky, and wondering if anybody else had a similar situation attributed to anxiety. The symptoms were getting bad, but were tolerable and were not getting worse. Once they seemed to plateau I waited it out for a minute before they dropped off. Had they gotten worse, I definitely would have went.
I’m glad to know vomiting is related to anxiety. Anybody else have insight on this? It didn’t feel like I was sick, or was something I ate, just felt like I had seen something really graphic a and had to vomit.

I recently had a very difficult series of episodes in my life (lasting about 1.5 years). I gained a lot of weight and found that I now have high systolic BP. It’s been a year since I first found this out. I’ve lost the weight, eat much more sensibly (limit my saturated fat and salt intakes), and do aerobic excercise every day. But I find that my systolic BP hasn’t been going down. I am fairly young (30’s) and am very concerned about this. What else can I do to bring my systolic BP back down to ‘normal’? And, provided that I stick to a healthy diet and regular cardio excercise, how long do you think it should take before my BP starts to go down (if at all)? I understand that if it goes down, that this will take some time and I have patience- but I just want to see signs of progress to know that I am doing the right thing. Any suggestions for what I should do?
My BP averages between 148/80 to 158/80. I have a machine and take readings periodically.
So what do you think it might mean if my systolic is high but my diastolic is ‘normal’? To my knowledge, I don’t have a family histor of high systolic BP.
i have Potassium hydrogen phthalate crystal and i need to make a 1500 mg/L solution at 500mL final amount water.
I need to know what to keep in mind in serving or making a low potassium meal or diet. tnx
