I have epilepsy and I am trying my hardest to keep my feelings of one coming on under control. I have researched and found out that Vitamin B complex will help my mind stay focused and I have found that magnesium is great for anxiety (which I have because of this), the neuro muscles and my bones. Magnesium also prevents seizures WHICH IS GREAT! :) So I have a vitamin B complex supplement which I have been taking with Vitamin C for awhile now and just yesterday I bought a Magnesium supplement. Can I take them together??

I have both high blood pressure now and low potassium.I’m needind ideas on what this may be due to…

Is it dangerous to take OTC potassium?

I have leg cramps and sometimes palpitations. I have been told before I have low potassium. I see that they over the counter potassium supplements, however I have been told excessive potassium can kill you. Why would they sell it OTC if it is so dangerous? Whats a safe dosage?

Hello I am 17 and i have been sick for a few days i have been vomiting and dirrhea for like 3 days i cannot keep anything down! I think my poassium may be low because my legs CALF’s hurt very bad especiall when i try to walk! they keep cramping up really bad! I called my doc to see if she would call me in some potassium but she made me come down this morning to have a blood test? I went for the test and she said the results would be back tomorrow!

WHat do you think that the blood test will show! I am afraid that i am going to have to go to the hospital What do u think she will say? do u think my potassium is ok!

im 15 weeks pregnant, i was doing so good on making sure i was eating healthy but as soon as i hit week14 i started eating like an out of control 1000 pound women. grilled chicken and veggies no longer sound good. i have been eating corn dogs and cup cakes. how do i get back to my healthy eating when it doesnt sound good at all? i still crave fruit but thats the only healthy thing i’ve been eating. its really important to me to eat healthy and i was a little overweight before getting pregnant so i want to keep my weight gain under control.
