I can’t take meds for bone loss because of my kidneys. I need a calcium-magnesium supplement that is easily absorbed, such as a liquid or capsule. Osteo Pro Care makes me too gassy. Hard pills aren’t absorbed well; I might as well eat chalk. I can’t eat much dairy and don’t think it’s very healthy anyway. Have any women had measurable success with any product? Price isn’t an object.
Note: I’m already taking high doses of Vitamin D. I know that calcium needs other minerals to be properly absorbed, but I would like a brand name, please.

Can anyone tell mewho discovered potassium chloride, or if its found naturally, or produced in a factory? It would be nice if someone also added when it was discovered.

What are some of them? Like potassium hydroxide or something like that. Where do they come from?

we are trying for the first time to grow tomatos on our balcony (england)
we have a little minigreenhouse, grow bag and 3 plants…
someone has mentioned we need plant food to help them turn red, one that is high in pottasium, we have some plant food already andits 7% pottasium, is that good enough or do we need a higher speacialised tomato food (we have the shirley F1 variey)
any other advice would be greatly appreciated

A doctor wants my friend to come in because her levels of potassium are high and her levels of sodium are low. She salts everything and does not understand how her levels of sodium could be low.
