Bananas are around 400 mg, and I think the "suggested" daily dosage is twice that.
capsule or tablet, not powder.

How can I make this possible?

I am a 26-year-old female who is very seriously considering going the "Vegan route" in the near future. Here’s the problem: I am a peritoneal dialysis patient. (For those of you who are not familiar with the medical term/disease, I suffer from kidney failure and have to use a glucose-based solution to filter toxins from my body.) As a P.D. patient, my diet MUST consist of high protein, low phosphorus, and potassium rich foods. Could anyone suggest some possible menu items I could eat that with satisfy my dietary requirements? Any response you could provide will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
JUST TO BE CLEAR, I AM IN NEED OF A PROTEIN AND POTASSIUM-RICH VEGAN DIET. I AM NOT ASKING FOR A DIALYSIS-BASED DIET. THANKS!

Dangers of Dehydration by Dr. Kopko Part 3

Water is the most important essential nutrient in the human body. Even in view of this incredible importance, we are not vigilant enough about maintaining its purity and accessibility. Our muscle and brain tissue is roughly 70% water.

my husband has diabetes, high bp and heart failure. his potasssium levels are dangerously high and his dr wants him on a low salt ,low potassium low sugar diet.this is a very hard thing to do.i cant find any help with recipes or foods on this restrictive a diet. am desperate, please help
he can have no whole grains, citrus, green leafy veggies, potato , banana, sugars, etc. the list goes on. there is not much left to eat

I heard because of the high potassium in them, and that the mosquitoes like blood high in potassium.

I rarely (and I do mean rarely) eat bananas, because the taste and smell disgust me, but I’m usually the one who always gets bitten the most. Does this mean I my blood is naturally high in potassium?
I live on the Texas Gulf Coast.

Does anyone here have low potassium levels?

My mother was told she has low potassium levels. She has to go get more bloodwork, but I was wondering what the treatment is for this? Are there certain foods to avoid? I have checked out webmd, but I want to hear from people who suffer from this. Thanks!
