I need more Potassium in my diet and found these supplements. They say they provide 99mg of Potassium per pill.

Is it safe to take this during pregnancy?

tolerance to opiates is regulated by a number of substances including nmda inhibitors, calcium channel blockers, magnesium and zinc. studies have shown that intrathecal administration of magnesium and zinc can slow the development of opiate tolerance buildup. but is this ever used clinically? is there a regiment of drugs given to patients on opiates to keep their tolerance low? finally, would oral zinc and magnesium supplements have the same effect?

Each 200 mL of an electrolyte solution designed for treating
dehydration contains 0.47 g of sodium chloride (NaCl), 0.30 g
of potassium chloride (KCl) and 3.56 g of glucose (C6H12O6).

a. Calculate the concentration of each compound, in g L?1.
b. Calculate the molarity of each compound.

I though molarity and concentration were the same thing!! I am mega confused…

I already take magnesium everyday . I was told i have low potassium and i eat alot of food high in potassium. so would it still be ok to take both diatary supplements?

Magnesium and potassium deficiency.?

I drink 4-8 coffees every day, and also 1-2 beers - sometimes every day, sometimes 1-2 times a week. I have symptoms of magnesium and potassium deficiency - arrhythmias from time to time, eyelid twitching etc. I checked my blood levels of these minerals and results are ok - everything’s in normal range. But I’ve read somewhere that you could still be deficient in magnesium though your blood results are ok. Is it true?
Any thoughts?

Dehydration of Sugar By Heat

I dehydrate some sugar (sucrose) by heating it with an alcohol burner. This can also be done quickly using sulfuric acid ,but unfortunately I don’t have any. This process took around 4 minutes, so I took out some video. The left over product is carbon. C12H22O11 = 11H2O + 12C
