Ok so I have this question that has been pondering me. I am a health freak in a way. You give me evidence and the healthiest form of food obtainable and I will eat it. I have never really found myself to become overwieght because I eat a moderate amount of food each day and high amounts of food especially with pottasium when I need to jog and exercise.
This is what I eat everyday
Morning: Drink 1 liter of water as soon as I wake up (so that I may clean my stomach and kidneys before I eat) I then get ready for the day so that I may have time to proccess the water. Afterwards I get fiber one cereal the one with 51% fiber and the healthy loctose free silk milk (This packs 10x alot more of nutrition compared to cow milk)and 1 big orange
Evening:
After comming home from school at which time I do not eat but drink about half a liter of water I prepare the salmon(cook in stove no addons) , half a carrot and potatoe to boil.
After about 1 hour after I ate I get a small bowl of cereal once again about 1/2 of the serving size.
Night: I grab a celeary stick ,small amount of orange juice, and a carrot.\
After about 3 hours later I drink 1 liter of water
My concern is that the salmon I eat everyday has mercury. I know mercury is bad for you but what kind of fish doesnt have mercury? Fish is much better then stake, pork, chicken as those have alot more saturate fat and fish consists of the good type of fat omega fatty acids.
I have a concern about the diary I consume each day. I wiegh 120 10% body fat and 5′3. I like to workout at times and exercise but I’m getting frustrated if this is in term needing me to eat more food.
Does the protien intake have to be for total amount of wieght or muscle mass in lbs?
Thanks corey Ill take the leafy vegitables in mind but I’m on a 1,300 calorie diet. I consist of mainly muscle mass and I need to keep lean so I cant consume more carbs. When I workout I drink alot of water and a protien shake.
fiber one cereal has suger yes and very little. my diet rarely has sugar watso ever. It is one of the healthiest cereals avaible on the market and has 51% of daily fiber based on a 2,000 calorie diet .
Should I put some more green vegitables during my lunch period then?
Please help and I might just put you best answer.
I dont want to take in so many carbs because I use a snack for that. that way my body is not lacking carbs or saturate trans fat. although i need very little of that.
