		<description>Yep i have a low potassium intake right now. I run distance in track and i got a calf cramp a week ago, but i was stupid and kept overly running so i ended up straining it.  Right now i am not allowed to run for a few days but my trainer told me to eat lots of bananas and drink 8oz of G2 Gatorade per day, along with drinking lots of water, heating it, and stretching.</description>

		<description>No but just make sure to drink gatorade and eat a bannanna which is high in potassium. If you still have a potassium deficiency and are still getting cramps get potassium pills</description>

and you dont get as many sideaches either :)
