Can I take Potassium Gluconate while i am pregnant?

I need more Potassium in my diet and found these supplements. They say they provide 99mg of Potassium per pill.
Is it safe to take this during pregnancy?

Eat more bananas. If you do a search you can find more produce that is high in Potassium. Thats the best way. If you want to take the pills check with your doctor first.
