Look into Plantar Fasciaitis. People with this problem often wake up in excruciation pain. The short version is the fascia in your feet has become torn and while you sleep your feet start to tighten up because you are not using them. There are boots you can get that you can wear at night but your best bet is to get massage and acupuncture to help get rid of the problem. If this is what you have you also can take a water bottle and freeze it. Before bed roll the water bottle under your feet for 5 to 10 minutes. This will help reduce inflammation. Also getting orthotics can help with your posture and balance to resolve the reason this happened in the first place. I would find a great chiropractor that has massage in their office and go from there.
