If BP is high and it is not time to take BP medication, should medication be take early?

No most BP meds work at a steady level in the system. You should ask your doctor to review your BP meds if you are consistently high.
take your meds EXACTLY as prescribed, continue to document your bp, monitor your diet, maintain a healthy BMI, and exercise daily. call your doctor if you have a medical concern.
