I know that nutrition is lost when the food oxidizes, that’s irrelevant. What i would like to know is how much nutrition (vitamins, minerals, ect) and left in the pulp after the food is juiced. I feel i may be missing some things THANKYOUTHANKYOU! in advance

Currently taking another one with a diuretic but it is depleting my potassium and they want to change it. Have also added a potassium supplement, but it bothers my stomach sometimes. Thanks!

I am on my second round of accutane, and i am working out pretty often. however, i am worried that taking the vitamins i am is not a good idea.
the vitamins are Universal Nutrition’s Animal Pak. it doesn’t say anything on the bottle about not taking it if i am taking a perscription or anything so does anyone have any insight?

I was going to go on this new diet, that I had made it consist of only drinking water and taking vitamins for my nutrition. I am not sure if it is going to work but I have tried it before and lost like 3lbs in one day. I was just wondering if I should go through it or will it screw with my health?
I am not seeing a doc for it.

I am aware that low potassium can effect muscle function (including the heart)… but how low is dangerous? My GP didn’t advise!
I am taking a potassium supplement and my bloods will be checked again next week… but in the meantime I was wondering if it’s still okay to do strenuous exercise like running, jogging, cycling etc? I don’t want to get unfit, but also don’t want to have a heart attack, especially as I exercise alone in isolated areas!
Only people who know what they’re talking about answer please! Thank you.
My age is 26… i’ve been prescribed sando k (6-8 soluble tablets per day) … my general health is ok but I have been experiencing light headedness, sore muscles, nausea and fatigue on and off or last few days… (don’t feel like exercise. but think i should push my self or might end up feeling worse!)

Is there any reason for this? 2% - 3% of the RDA is very little, why even take a supplement with this little in it?
