My dads birthday is tommorow and i was planning on making him angel food cake but i cant find the pan. We have a betty crocker super moist white cake mix. The label reads that there is 3500mg of potassium in a 2000 calorie diet. Is this too much since he is on a low potassium diet?

i am 4 months pregnant and a month ago, i overdosed on sleeping pills because of depression.the sleeping pills was a prescribed by my psychiatrist.when i was at the hospital, blood tests show that i have low level of potassium.could my pregnancy, depression & anxiety and low potassium level be somehow interrelated?

my nephew plays highschool football and he gets muscule cramps often . His coach told him to eat more potassium.
I already know the obvioius one like bananas.

Do you know about acesulfame potassium in association with Splenda?
I need to lose weight and I have switched to Diet Coke with Splenda (I cannot tolerate aspartame - that's the ingredient in regular Diet Coke).

Anyway, there is also one ingredient besides Splenda that is called acesulfame potassium. Does anybody know whether it is bad for your health or any chemical information about it?

I have a lot of anxiety but has worsened since I've been put on a knew med which can cause to be lack for potassium. I am scheduled for blood work but haven't had it done yet. So, am just curious to know if a lack of potassium could cause you to suffer from anxiety of more severe anxiety than usuall.
