just the flesh of the banana? Not including the peel?
Just like 100 grams of banana lets say is 500 calories, does it mean the flesh it self?
Bananas possess iron, potassium, calcium and fibers. They prevent cancer, kidney diseases and promote our health immensely.

and preferably plain yogurt but it doesnt have to

Well, I’ve been trying to lose weight (I’m down seven pounds!) 
but my dad made banana cream pie haha. I already had some last night. :3 But I’m doing the whole calorie-counting thing, it’s really been helping. But I have no idea how many calories are in a quarter piece. Of course, there are different recipes and pie sizes, etc… but just an approximation would be fantastic. Thanks in advance!

I think my level is low, I started drinking DanActive with lots of potassium and banana’s will this help?
I ask because I have thyroid problems had blood tes for that and it was in mormal range but I have no energy and I feel really week for the last week I sleep day and night sick to my stomach and cant eat.
