I’m looking specifically for chlorine, iodine, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, sulfur, and zinc. If you know the answers that would be greatly appreciated as well. Thank you.

What are the symptoms? Especially for someone in their early twenties? Will a doctor prescribe potassium chloride for atherosclerosis?

I have been taking a drug called Spironolactone for acne, prescribed by my dermatologist.
It can raise your potassium levels, and I am experiencing symptoms of this, such as headache and leg cramping and muscle tightness.
I am actually coming off of the medication, I don’t feel it is working at all for my skin, but are my potassium levels going to be ok? Should I be worried about any complications?
This may be a stupid question, but should I avoid bananas when taking a oral medication that effects potassium levels?

I want to know the reasons for reduction of sodium chloride and potassium in the blood. What are the signs and symptoms of such reduction? What damage does it do to the body? How to maintain the optimum level of the two contents?
