It seems there is a link between the rise of working women and the rise in childhood obesity. Women who have careers are too tired to cook and therefore order out, bring home take out, microwave junk food, or take the kids to fast food. Ofcourse, that is if they are lucky she does anything for them at all. They might have to fend for themselves for dinner and ofcourse if they do they are going to eat foods rich in fat, sugar, and sodium.

You know… they say that having a diet rich in fruits can make your *** and area taste better, and diets high in junky food can make it smell and taste foul.

Do you think women today have too much sodium in their diet that affects their "pH" balance?

so far from what i have found, green tea is good for you as well as fiber rich foods and raw fruits and veggies and consuming less then 1500 (don’t know the word sorry) of sodium, and not starving yourself. any good ideas? what has worked for you or others? any good websites? exercises? (i walk a lot but what else is there?) help me if you can…

A question about seagulls and salt?

Seagulls, like most birds, drink salt water and eat sodium rich food. So why aren’t seagulls permanently pickled like sauerkraut?

I know sodium rich food can cause water retention but are there other causes of water retention?
