Eating Healthy?

Ive decided that I want to cut back on the junk food, so does anyone have any tasty (and healthy!) recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and for snacks?
And any tips on how to STOP eating junk food?

munch on fruits and veggies for snacks
I like making smoothies with one banana, 1 cup of favorite frozen fruits, orange juice, blend and it can also be used as a meal substitute. use some seasonings like tabasco sauce to add some zing to the food.
Carrots sauted in a little bit of butter and brown sugger is a great snack!
Eliminate all sugar from the house. Use honey or fruit juice concentrate. Pickles are a great snack and low cal. Raisins, applesauce, fresh fruit-keep lots of good stuff on hand. Pineapple is very sweet when you get cravings. It just depends on how healthy you are shooting for. I’m going gluten fee, corn free and refined sugar free currently.

Not too original but I love veggies and dip - just make a low-cal dip or use low cal ranch dressing. Cut everything up and keep it in the frig so you can just grab some. If all of a sudden you are hungry and then have to cut it all up, you would be more tempted just to grab something unhealthy. Also keep fruit cut up for the same reason. I love junk food too but if everything is cut up and ready to go, it’s just as easy and then you dont feel so tired and awful like when you eat the junk. You can also buy the 100 calorie packs - that is portioned just right. Also, low fat cheese sticks, or celery and peanut butter. Don’t forget to drink a lot of water. Good luck!!
