foods high in potassium?
My mom needs a little help. she needs to eat foods high in potassium, and she knows bananas are high in potassium, but she cant eat bananas, she says that they make her nauseaus. so if anyone can give me recipes of foods, or just foods that are high in potassium that would be great!!!

All meats, poultry and fish are high in potassium., Apricots (fresh more than canned), Avocados, Bananas,Cantaloupe, Honeydew, Kiwi, Lima beans, Milk, Oranges and orange juice, Potatoes (can be reduced to a moderate value of potassium by soaking peeled, sliced potatoes overnight before cooking), Prunes, Spinach, Tomatoes, Vegetable juice, and Winter squash are all high in potassium.
Apple juice, Asparagus, Beets, Blackberries, Broccoli,Carrots, Cherries, Corn, Eggplant, Grapefruit, Green peas, Loose-leaf lettuce, Fresh Mushrooms, Onions, Peach, Pears, Pineapple, Raisins, Raspberries, Strawberries, Summer squash, including zucchini, Tangerines, and Watermelon have a moderate amount of potassium.
actually oranges are higher in potassium then bannannas
