I struggle with eating the wrong things. I am entirely too occupied with other things in my life to worry about what food I should and shouldn’t eat. I would LOVE it if there was a pill, or some type of "nutrition log" that I could just cut off a specific amount down it with some water, and get back to life. Of course I’d still have dinner with friends once in a while, but for the hundreds of meals I have alone each month, I’d love to simplify things.

Has anyone seen any product like this?
