Anyone know any foods that are high in potassium or fibre, and low in sodium or calories?

Bananas are high in potassium….
Many fruits have high potassium and low sodium. Strawberries, bananas, and certain cherries, along with goji berries are all fairly high and I love them. I see a list on the drugs.com website and the three highest are a cup of papaya at 781 mg, a cup of prune juice at 707 mg, and a cup of cubed cantaloupe at 494 mg. I have heard that we need about 4400 mg of potassium a day and around 2300 mg of sodium.
Any of the fruits consumed as whole fruits and not juice would have good fiber content. Sodium is fairly low in fruit and the calories are moderately high but you will see them and probably not consume a lot if you eat the whole food and not the juice.
Bananas are high in potassium. Vegetables in general are high in fibre, and low in sodium and calories.
Lima Beans are a great source of both fiber and potassium. They’re also low in sodium and calories. Sounds like the perfect food for you. They’re really good in a soup.
