With Diurex you don’t lose a lot of potassium.
Potassium is easily replaced by eating foods rich in it like bananas.
I would try Diurex (OTC) or talk to your doctor abotu a potassium-sparing precription diuretic. Also, your body gets potassium from the foods you eat (bananas, tomatoes, etc), so i’s not likely on one of these that you’ll lose enoughpotassium to cause concern.
A lot of water is retained from drinking soda. I know it sounds crazy, but it is true. there is a lot more sodium in a can/bottle of soda than one realizes and cutting back/elminiating soda all together, can cause a great difference in ater retention. Try it for yourself, you’ll be mazed, not to mention taht the caramel coloring and additives, etc in sodas aren’t that healthy for your body anyway. You’ll feel "lighter" as your body isn’t as drug down with all of the impurities soda provides.
