How does your diet measure up to this below
Get less sodium: more patassium
Consume less than 2,300 mg ( approximately I teaspon of salt) of sodium per day. Choose and prepare foods with little salt. At the same time, consume potassium rich foods such as fruits and vegetables.

take your sodium free diet and food pyramid somewhere else
No idea. I don’t count my sodium intake. I have no reason to. I’m healthy. I don’t use excessive salt nor do I use "little" salt. I season properly to taste. I love fruits and veggies.
