How many grams equals one cup, and based on that which of these 2 foods is higher in potassium?
If wheat grass juice has 147 mg Potassium per 100 grams, then does it have more or less potassium than spinach which has 167 mg potassium per cup?

first of all, gram is a unit of mass (weight) and a cup is a unit of volume, so you can’t really compare the two units. the german wiki states however that FRESH spinach has about 450mg of potassium, so generally i’d say spinach is higher in potassium. the amount of potassium in spinach may vary if its frozen or canned, but should still be way higher in potassium that that wheat grass juice.
