I drink about a quart or more of fresh orange juice a day and some pomelos I love fruit but people tell me I shouldnt drink to much becauce of the rich potassium. How much is to much or enough, can any one tell me, I am a healthy person and I dont have diabetis problems but i dont want to become, friends tell me to much can ruin my kidneys,write back please than you!
