Hi,
I am trying to lose a few extra pounds and will be glad if any **fitness expert** here can give me a piece of advice.

I am overall healthy with normal metabolic rate, I try to keep my daily calories intake up to 1500 and exercise about 30 minutes a day, 5-6 days a week. With this lifestyle I lost about 1,8 kg (4 lb) in 1 month.

My question is, if I want to lose 4 kg / 9 lb in the next month (to reach my final goal), how much should I exercise a day? 60 minutes?

Food I eat is pretty healthy, every day : fiber-rich vegetables, 3 apples, egg or small poultry portion, oatmeal, nuts and olive oil in moderation, yogurts, 2 cups of green tea, tuna. keeping processed food to utmost minimum, almost no salt or sodium, obviously no trans-fats or saturated fats, no ready meals, etc. So my guess is that there is nothing wrong with the nutrition, it’s all about fitness right? Working by the computer I don’t get many opportunities to lose weight during the day but I’d also like to know if it’s possible to break a daily 1 hour session into two 30-minutes sessions or it won’t be the same?

Thanks a lot in advance!
