		<description>Potassium does not lower blood pressure.  Only by losing weight, 30 minutes of exercise daily and eating more fresh fruits and vegetables (both raw and cooked) will lower your blood pressure and potassium.  Avoid bananas, salt substitutes, salty snacks will help too.</description>
