If you are low on potassium Whats good to eat everyday to have adequate Potassium levels?
I think 1 banana for breakfast
Add 1 banana to your lunch
and add banana to your dinner as well as some spinach
Would that be enough? Can you also have a test done by a doctor to check your potassium levels.
(If someone has a potassium deficiency and is trying to maintain a healthy diet to make up for the amount lost due to being a celiac. )

Variety is key in nutrition. Good food sources of potassium include: most fresh fruits and vegetables, leafy greens, broccoli, peas, lima beans, potatoes (skin), citrus, bananas, tomatoes, whole grains, salmon, cod, avocado, and wheatgerm. Have you been diagnosed as deficient in potassium? A blood test measuring electrolyte balance would be required. For most people, 1.25-1.75g/1000 calories consumed is deemed adequate.
orange juice, potatoes, bananas, avocados, tomatoes, broccoli, soybeans and apricots
You can have most, if not all, of your nutrient levels tested by a doctor. It usually requires a blood test.
The best way to get potassium in your diet is to avoid processed foods. Processed foods are usually higher in Sodium and lower in Potassium. Sodium is not good in huge amounts in the body, because it can lead to dehydration and high blood pressure.
Bananas would get extremely boring if you ate them three times a day, so a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables is really the best alternative.
This would improve your diet generally, as it would include a lot of things from fibre to vitamins and minerals.
Orange juice is very high in potassium. And of course bananas and dark green vegetables. Your doctor can do a blood test -electrolytes or BMP- which will show potassium levels as well as sodium and other electrolytes.
