I’m on my feet all day, at work, What foods would help me???
I work at a hospital
I deliver linen all day
I deliver on foot
I push a heavy cart
I really am on my feet 7+ hours a day for my 8 hour shift
I have checked a few things and I know that Potassium rich foods helps muscles and fatigue
I take a multi-vitamin 4 times a day
Whatelse can I do ?
What foods should I eat?

Healthy foods. Bread, pasta, and other things like that will give you quick energy. Meat and eggs will give you lasting energy so you’ll go longer between meals. Eat your veggies too.
Eating different foods won’t help. What will help is buying the best and most comfortable shoes possible, using special stockings to help pump blood out of you legs, and to not stand still (which allows blood to pool in the veins and causes swelling).
I know, I have had this problem myself.
