Is Archer Farms naturally Flavored water good for you?
There isn’t a lot of info on the back of the bottle. It says
Calories 0
Total Fat 0
Sodium 5mg
Total Carbs 0
Sugars 0
Protein 0
Ingredients: Spring Water, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Natural Flavor, Potassium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate(Preservatives), Sucralose
It seems like a lot of nothing with a tiny bit of salt and preservatives. This is a pretty healthy drink wouldnt you say? I mean theres no vitamins or anything but its just about as good as water ya? Anyway if you see something that makes it bad for you lemme know

Does it really say naturally flavored water? Because if it does they are lying. Sucralose is the chemical name for splenda which is an artificial sweeter. That right there makes the drink non natural. Don’t be fooled by people saying splenda is safe. Everybody excepted saccharin and aspartame as being safe and they are now known to be bad for you.
