Is it okay to take more than 1 potassium supplement a day?
My diet is very low in potassium and the supplements I bought have only 99mg of potassium. Can I take more than one, maybe even three?

Potassium is a key element for the heart, taking too much can cause heart arrythmias and even heart attack.
If you have your blood tested first and your potassium levels are too low, a doctor can advise you on a safe doseage. You would do better to change your diet to add some potassium rich foods, there are a great many of them out there.
You don’t need that much potassium! You risk poisoning yourself if you take too much.
Eat more bananas. Bananas have NATURAL potassium, not chemical. Most adults do fine with just one banana a day as a potassium supplement.
