Is it possible for your arm to "fall asleep" for 4 hours? If not, what could it be then?
Someone I know said it happened to him. I think it’s probably related to a nutritional deficiency perhaps low potassium or sodium levels, or perhaps B vitamins or essential amino acids, perhaps dehydration. Or perhaps a stoke (left arm)?

could possibly be a pinched nerve in your neck try seeing a chiropractor.
