Everything has calories…..except plain water.
Here’s the deal, there are good calories and bad calories. For example, fresh fruit and vegetables have calories, but your body burns those calories by using them for things like brain function.
Bad calories are food items like chips, soda, mochchinos. These calories are turned to fat by your body becasue there is no nutritional value. There is nothing in junk food that your body can use for any funciton.
