Lo salt contains a lot of potassium. Can having Lo Salt instead of ordinary salt cause joint & muscle pain?
Recently I’ve started using Lo salt instead of ordinary sea salt in my diet due to high blood pressure. However, since I’ve been using it I’ve had very debilitating joint and muscle pain and wondered if it might be due to the Lo salt as nothing else in my diet has changed.
I am unable to eat bananas because they cripple me with joint and muscle pain and cause my fingers and toes to swell up. I love bananas but will never be able to eat them again due to the potassium in them. This is what I’ve been told by my GP. As Lo salt contains a lot of potassium, I wondered if that might be my problem!
Is there anyone who can tell me of their own experience with Lo salt and potassium rich fruit etc, please.

Hi,
I don’t know how you would find my suggestion but I believe that you must detoxify your body. Your body must be clogged with heavy metals, cholesterol, triglycerides, fats and toxins.
Use detox foot spa and switch to normal salt, detox foot spa will get out all the high blood pressure causing elements from your body. Detox foot spa is best for high blood pressure. It is a one time solution and is very affordable.
Don’t go for any pills or exercises or diets as they always have negative effects. I am telling this to you out of my own personal experience. However, it is your choice,
take care
I have the same problem and it does not make any difference as to whether you have sea salt, low salt or no salt. Just use regular salt as normal. you condition actually needs the salt. And some potassium. A banana every couple of days will be of benefit. Also, a whey protein drink.but only one every second day. Keep away from fast foods, fried foods, etc. alcohol, smoking, and stretching and twisting will only aggravate the condition.
Low impact exercise only.
