Well urea should be at 8-25 (139 is way off)
Creatinine normal is 0.6-1.5 (her is way off!)
potassium is 3.5-5.0 (that really isn’t that high)
I would see a dietition that is educated in renal patients
There is a helpful site listed below
the problem is serious according to the values consult a specialist or take another expert opinion
The diet for renal failure is two eggs a day and lots of antacids sodium free. She is on dialysis. Let her live.
