Natural Calm Magnesium Powder Supplement safe during pregnancy?
I just purchased Peter Gillham’s "Natural Calm" dietary supplement to take during my pregnancy. I’m 6 weeks pregnant. I read on their website that it’s safe to take during pregnancy, however I’ve read other comments that said check with your doctor as this product ‘could’ cause loose bowls and in tern, cause premature labor. I just took the recommended dosage and now I’m a little concerned that this may in fact be harmful?
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Let’s say it is doubtful you have done any damage from one dose! It is a product I have tried, though I was not pregnant at the time! When you are pregnant, you ALWAYS check with your doctor before trying something out of the ordinary, ALWAYS! You do not go by what labels or the Internet or websites tell you…anyone (even I!) can give wrong advice, and labels can also be wrong. Check with your doctor, but in the meantime, don’t worry about that small amount of it, the stress you are feeling is bad for the baby!
