Well, I LOVE coke and soda, but I’m also on a diet. So I switched to Naturally Flavored Sparkling Water. I’m hooked and it’s been keeping me away from sugary drinks! However, is it still as good as water? There’s no cabs, calories, sodium etc.

INGREDIENTS: Carbonated water, citric acid, natural flavor, potassium pitrate, aspartame, potassium benzoate, (a preservative), acesulfame potassium
