Dear Alexis Madison:
Go to the store already.
I don’t know what you normally eat, but here is a website with a whole list of foods that are high in potassium. Hope it helps!
raisens and nuts
bananas
Any dark green leafy vegetable, notably spinach, kale, mustard greens and the like. But don’t overdo potassium consumption. Mt father did and died of hyperkalemia.
well first, lets get your fluids up!! lots of water, gatoraide or sports drinks too if you have them!! and maybe think about the reason you are dehydrated in the first place…should you call a doctor or go to the ER?? broccoli…anything oranges, potatoes, things with soy, or soy beans, all kinda of fruits, veggies, juice and a nice rare steak….. be well!!!! a get better!
if your body is dehydrated your body needs alot of water and some rehydrated salts, but if you are extremely dehyrated you need to go to the hospital. foods that cantain potassium are ripe bananas and more
Apple cider vinegar has LOTS of potassium, in addition to other benefits. You should mix in 2 tablespoons with a drink every day.

Well a large glass of water, a handful of sugar, to a pinch of salt and lemon for flavor it with help rehydrate you if you do not have anything else. I do not know what you have in the house, but if you can not keep anything down Ice chips and seven-up. If you have the flu and can’t keep anything down it might help. Hope you feel better.
There is plenty of potassium in most fruit and vegies and also in nuts, bread and cereals.
