Semen contains aboutonia, ascorbic acid, blood-group antigens, calcium, chlorine, cholesterol, choline, citric acid, creatine, deoxyribonucleic acid, fructose, glutathione, hyaluronidase, inositol, lactic acid, magnesium, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, purine, pyrimidine, pyruvic acid, sodium, sorbitol, spermidine, spermine, urea, uric acid, vitamin B12, and zinc.

If a person’s diet is does not contain enough vitamins, over ejaculatioin could deplete the body of important vitamins such as zinc, phosphorus, potassium, etc.

This will cause hair loss, fatigue, depression, etc.

It is a scientific FACT that masturbating more than 2-3 times a week is harmfull, specially if your diet is not rich in vitamins and nutritious foods.

Many doctors say that masterbating is not bad, and it is not, but over doing it is very harmful to your body.
Jesse B, I don’t care what you think. You can masturbate as many times as you want, just like you can drink untill you totally get drunk everyday and overtime become an alcoholic.

Masturbatin is not bad, but over doing it is. Just like drinking a glass or two of red wine everyday is healthy but drinking a bottle a day is bad.

Ejaculating more than 2-3 times a weeks is not recommended by most doctors if not all.
If you do ejaculate more than 3 times a week, at least have a diet rich in zinc, iron and other important vitamins because over-ejaculating will drain you of these important vitamins.
