People who use laxatives for weight control- how many do you use?
OK i’m not looking for lectures. I use this on top of exercise and healthy diet. I know the risks related to potassium deficiency, electrolyte imbalances and dehydration, which is why I add lots of salt to everything I eat, drink lots of water, and drink apple cider vinegar which prevents potassium loss. Also my GP checks my blood regularly and cant find any problems.
Anyway, back to how many. I take 3-4 before or after everything I eat and I still am not dependent on them. I can go a few days without needing any. So has anyone taken more than this?

Your actually asking for anonymous Internet users, that care nothing about you, about how many drugs you should abuse to loose weight?? You don’t see the harm in this?
Eating less, eating better, and moving more is all the advise Im about to offer. I’m sure your told your GP about your laxative use — right? Didnt think so.
You obviously dont know what salt does to your blood either? Oh, and you forgot a few side effects.
"side effects include nausea, stomach cramps, vomiting, diarrhea, fainting, rectal bleeding, electrolyte disorder and dehydration as well and this can lead to injury and death of the individual."
Just thought you should know the WHOLE story. Your causing perminent damage to yourself.
i know you said not to lecture you, but unless you’re competing in bodybuilding shows, there’s no reason for you to be taking this stuff. dietary supplements such as whey or soy protein are ok, and so are multi vitamins and fish oil, but everything else isn’t really needed if your training routine and diet are in check.
