I have to watch my potassium and sodium levels since i had Cushings syndrome and now have Addison’s .
Hi potassium can cause you to die, just as low can.Potassium and sodium have an inverse relationship. One goes up, the other down.
Make sure you have blood tests and you may need to be monitored carefully.I am always low on sodium so i am always adding salt when i can.
See a doctor for tests tomorrow.
Good luck.
If someone has high levels they need to go to the hospital. It will be serious. That is why a nutritionist will never give you more than 200 mg supplement. And yet you can eat an avocado with 1,200 mg or 2 potatoes with 1,600 mg. What this means is that you will not get too much ever from eating food created by God or nature. You can only get too much from man-made supplements. Trans fats were also created by man.
This is why many nutritionists do not take multivitamins but take greens drinks which contain nutrient dense superfoods. See site below for more on this.
