Hi, my name is Emily. I’ve been recording what I eat, drink, and how much of it on fitday.com. I’ve looked at all of my nutrition information, and since I take a multivitamin I consume a sufficient amount of all the vitamins. However, I only get about 70% of the daily recommend intake of potassium. Could this be harmful to my health? Are there any potassium supplements I could take?
