question on Vitamins to help ease Anxiety and panic attacks?
Now i know of course depression is linked to them but i went to a health food store and the worker suggested some things B complex, Magnesium, potassium and of course a multi vitamin, but my question is that on the magnesium i bought has in parentheses
( Magnesium Aspartate) now i read on line that that type of mag. will not be absorbed by your body is that right?
second question how many mg. do i need a day to help reduce my symptoms and physical attacks?

First of all, you should talk with a doctor, therapist, or psychiatrist for specific dosage.
B complex vitamins are good for mood. I believe they help in the production of serotonin which allows you to better handle stress.
Magnesium is a natural muscle relaxer.
Really, you can say something about every vitamin when it comes to helping anxiety.
I used to take vitamins, but then I decided I didn't want to take them anymore… I read some material on synthetic vitamins and how the body uses them and it logically didn't make sense to take them. If you look at these labels and what percent is in the pills and then look at some of the contents of meat and vegetables you would realize that you would overdose every time. The problem is that you probably can't tell if vitamins are hurting or improving your situation.
You should just eat vegetables, fruit, and drink plenty of water.
By the way, Omega 3 is also helpful so eat fish and nuts.
benadryl works good for relieving anxiety, only it makes you groggy.
Hey, i am not sure about all the vitamins and stuff to cure anxiety attacks. I cured my anxiety attacks through self relaxation and self hypnosis. If you want to check it out i will leave a link in the source box. Good luck
