Really terrible cramps!?
Last night I woke up 4 times from a sound sleep with an intense pain on the back of my calf, right below the back of my knee. I couldn’t move my leg without extreme pain, if at all. It lasted just for a minute before it went away, but it hurt SO bad! Now it is sore. I know it’s from potassium or dehydration, but what can I do? I don’t want to go to sleep now. It’s really sore, I can feel cramps coming back.

Flex your foot ~ point your toes UP as far as you can. This will stretch the muscle and help end the cramp.
DON’T point down. This causes the muscle to tense which will result in more cramping.
Drink some water and eat a banana.. or drink coffee, since that has potassium in it, too.
see a acupuncturist asap
Drink lots of water and eat a banana.
eat a banana, seriously, it will help
The 2 main causes of night cramps are poor circulation and lack of calcium.
Poor circulation can be due to being too cold in bed this will reduce the circulatioin to the extremities.
Get your calcium checked or take a supplement.
you are suffering from cramps, because your body is low in potassium which is body salts. You could try to get some potassium tablets to restore the salts in your body from you local drug store. You could also try some lucasade which you mix in water it is tasty and it will also restore your electralites to your body. Hope I helped in some way.
