I am sorry from your question history I see that you are or could be self medicating. And I will not contribute to your killing yourself. So I will not comment to what you should or should not be taking when it comes to drugs.
You said in one of your questions that you know the risks, that is all well and good if you want to risk your life that is your business. But as much as I value the knowledge and experience, of the women who have already answered this question. They are not doctors that need to examine you before giving sound medical advise, on a subject that could be potentially fatal.
95% of people who go on Spiro have no problems. The remaining few sometimes have issues of either being allergic to Spiro or with hyperkalemia (body retaining too much potassium). So I would advise you to just eat in moderation and drink LOTS of water because Spiro tends to dry you out. If you feel weak or dizzy sit down and avoid heavy work out in the sun. If you continue to feel tired over many days or if you have chest pain or heart racing see a doctor right away.
The doctor should go over these precautions with you.
edit: From previous questions you appear to be self-medicating.

I hope for your sakes you ARE seeing a doctor because hormone replacement therapy needs to be done under the direct supervision of a physician.
Definitely see the Doctor. I am one of the few that had my potassium go way up. Had It not been caught it could have been fatal.
