		<description>Sounds about right, and it is very good for you. Strawberries are very low in calories, but full of good things.. You could even risk a scoop of high quality ice cream and not do any harm.</description>

		<description>Who cares?  I would use regular milk instead of the low fat evaported/condensed milk. (Which we do   :-)  )  Look at the ingredient list. Those words are chemicals. Better just to put natural things in your body.  Even if it has 250 calories, strawberries and bananas and milk and water are good for you.  Drink it in the morning so you have all day to burn those calories.  You should eat heaviest in the morning, and lighter and lighter as the day progresses.
